Bacon And Cheese Panini Recipe

Although this does not really need a recipe, this is a great idea for you to make for any meal of the day. This bacon and cheese panini recipe calls for brie cheese and a nice lean bacon. For those of you that do not have a panini maker, you could also do as a grilled sandwich.
6 slices brie cheese, 3 for each sandwich
6 slices lean bacon, cooked
Cook the bacon in a skillet, until nice and crispy.
Remove from the skillet to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the fat.
Heat the panini grill.
Spread the outside of each piece of bread with a little butter.
Divide the brie and bacon between the two sandwiches, keeping the butter on the outside of the slices of bread.
Place into the heated panini grill and cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the outside is nicely browned.
Or, if you don't have a grill, cook in a skillet, pressing the sandwich firmly with a flipper while it cooks, and flipping to brown both sides.
